This trip takes up to 10 14-18-year-old youths away on the Lady Nelson for two and a half days.

The structure of the voyage is that the youth are fulfilling 4 stations during the trip.

These stations are navigation and ship’s command, Engineering, Catering and Deck Crew.

Whilst all participate in their stations during the day they will all be required to be on deck for sail handling when needed.

At each station, the participants are taught the basics of their roles.

No sailing experience is necessary, we will teach you the "ropes". However, as you will be contributing in the galley for part of your time we expect you to get the "DO FOOD SAFELY" CERTIFICATE prior to joining the voyage.
