On Friday 27 March at 7pm, for a $160 ticket price, guests will gather in the historic Printing Room at Peppina for a three-course menu by culinary director Chef Massimo Mele, culminating in the Tasmanian launch of Hellyers Road's Peaches 20yr single cask release.
Some menu items highlighting the fresh Tasmanian produce on offer includes heirloom tomato crostinis, grilled prawns, potato gnocchi, dry-aged Angus sirloin steak as well as a peach tart and amaretto crumble. Aside from the 20yr single cask release of the Peaches, other whisky tastings paired alongside meals for the evening include the 12-year American Oak Single Malt Whisky and the Double cask American & French Oak Single Malt Whisky.
