Delivered in collaboration with Hue: Colour the Conversation & Little Bangka.
Too often, the demands of leadership push us into survival mode, disrupting our nervous system's equilibrium and hindering our capacity for genuine relationships, thoughtful decision-making, and visionary, inclusive work essential for transformative change.
This full day workshop empowers leaders within organisations and movements with vital tools for nervous system regulation & embodiment to challenge pervasive organisational culture issues, such as urgency, defensiveness and power hoarding.
Join us to enhance your nervous system's resilience to cultivate collaborative innovation, nurture healthy relationships, and pave the way for healing, liberation and organisational impact. Lunch will be provided.
In the morning session 10am-12:30pm we will explore the theory behind somatics, and the connection between our collective nervous system and our ways of working, alongside dominant leadership pitfalls rooted in capitalism and colonialism that can hinder our leadership.
In the afternoon from 1:15pm-3:45pm, we explore practices that you can apply when you notice harmful behaviours or approaches showing up in your leadership. This session will be co-created based on the specific needs and concerns of the group.
