ELEVATE by Form+ is an elevated wellness event set on Hobart’s iconic waterfront at PW1, bringing together mindful movement, meaningful connection, and positive energy.

Join Form+ Pilates for a 45-minute mat Pilates session led by our much-loved instructors, followed by breathwork, mindfulness and a long, nourishing stretch with Alex from Sollus Wellbeing. You’ll also enjoy a powerful and refreshing body-positive session with Jemma Rose, offering practical tools and mindset shifts to support confidence and self-connection.

Beyond movement, ELEVATE is a celebration of community and self-care. Guests will enjoy a whole-food brunch, Tasmanian juices and quality coffee, along with curated activations and treats from our event partners including LSKD, Health Lab, Naked Harvest, Swell Sauna, LivEat & BrewHound Espresso. Each ticket includes a generous goody bag valued at over $75, plus the chance to win the ultimate getaway - two nights at Dune Shack for four people with Swell Sauna access.

Set at the magnificent PW1, ELEVATE by Form+ is more than a workout. It’s an invitation to slow down, move mindfully, and feel good - inside and out.
