Fern Tree Bushcare works in the beautiful, cool, deep forests at the base of kunanyi / Mt Wellington.
Their aim is to control invasive weeds such as holly and cherry laurel, which reduce the habitat available to native plants and animals.
To do this, they work on public and private land and reward volunteers each working bee with a scrumptious morning tea!
