The long weekend in March we're firing up the Regatta Grounds for Tasmania's only dedicated Barbecue Festival.
Smoked and grilled, low-n-slow or charcoal seared, this is a two day feast cooked over flame and coals.
Feaster's Freeway
Tasmanian meats and seafood are the main events, with a side plate of awesome savoury, 80's style pub salad buffet and dessert stalls.
Damn fine local brews, wines and cocktails wash it all down, of course!
Grillin' Gear Avenue
This year we are exploring the smoky side streets of Barbecue culture with the addition of Grillin' Gear Avenue – it's all about the those things that complement the heart of the heat.
Here you'll find the sauces, the signature rubs, the perfect pickles, home smokers and chopping boards, knieves and all the grilling gear you need to turn up the heat at home!
Live Music
A massive 18 hours of rolling live music over the two days, from bangin' interstate acts to local bands and DJs.
Kick back in Rancho Relaxo, there's bean bags aplenty to go round.
