Hellyers Road Distillery and The Tasman's Peppina Restaurant again join forces to bring a celebration of fine single malt whisky and Tasmanian produce to the table.

Gather in the historic Printing Room for a three-course menu by culinary director Chef Massimo Mele, culminating in the Tasmanian launch of Hellyers Road's Peaches 20yr single cask release.
