Somnus Psychology has recently opened in Hobart, offering specialised mental health support for children, adolescents, and adults. The practice focuses on sleep-related care through CBT‑I, neuromodulation using transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS), and psychotherapy for conditions such as depression, anxiety, and treatment‑resistant presentations. Their approach includes gentle, non‑invasive brain‑stimulation techniques to support emotional regulation and cognitive change, alongside evidence‑based sleep interventions to address both short‑term and chronic insomnia.

To mark the opening, Somnus Psychology is hosting an informal evening for healthcare professionals and community support workers. The event is an opportunity to connect, learn about the services available, and build local networks in a relaxed setting. All professionals across mental health, primary care, allied health, and related support roles are warmly welcome to drop in at any time.

Street parking available nearby, no onsite parking.

Light refreshments and nibbles provided.

RSVP to info@somnuspsychology.com.au with any questions or requirements.
