Exceptional Tasmanian produce meets handcrafted Stargazer wines.

Pearl + Co has joined forces with Stargazer Wines to deliver a wine pairing dinner full of flavour, fine wine, and tales about each pairing presented by the Winemaker and Executive Chef.

A delicious four-course degustation - featuring fresh Tasmanian oysters, Mures blue eye trevalla, scallops, Black Angus steak, and Bruny Island Cheese - will be accompanied by six Stargazer wines, hailing from Tasmania's iconic Coal River Valley region.

With just 38 seats available, this event is as exclusive as it is delicious.
