Forging and heat-treating of chefs’ knives
In this unique 2.5-day workshop, John Hounslow will show us and discuss the geometry of blade design how this translates to the heat-treating and functionality of the blade.
With decades of experience and international recognition John will share things he has learned through that journey.
Damascus steel and handle material will be provided for this workshop. Participants will walk away with their own Damascus knife that they make built off of these demonstrated techniques.
