Step into the ambient lit bar featuring red velvet curtains, painted clouds, neon signs, and a chaise lounge. Specialising in Australian spirits, you’ll find a bottle from nearly every Tasmanian distillery displayed behind the bar. The cosy spot is perfect for a quiet knockoff or intimate date night cocktail!

Housed in the former St Mary’s Hospital building hidden within Parliament Square in Salamanca, you’ll find a cosy cocktail bar decked out with deep leather armchairs, marble tabletops and exposed sandstone walls. This hidden gem crafts Tasmanian-inspired cocktails using local fruits and indigenous botanicals. Enjoy feeling bougie with a bev by the fireside or pull up a stool at the main bar – your hardest decision will be what cocktail to order.

Tucked in an alleyway behind an iconic Hobart curry house you’ll find a red door leading to a local secret hangout, Pablo’s Cocktails and Dreams. Pablo’s is a 1920s-style speakeasy jazz bar, serving classic cocktails and live music from Thursday through to Sunday. This jazzy and cosy speakeasy is the perfect spot for your next date night!

Hidden behind Pancho Villa, this secret cocktail and rum bar is a slice of Mexico right in the heart of NoHo.
