Our favourite Easter tradition: Hot Cross Buns. There ain’t nothing like ’em. Slathered in butter, toasted or fresh – we don’t care. Perfectly balanced with fruit and spice, they are great for halving and sharing, or having all to yourself (with a cuppa, of course ).
Each Tassie baker bring something new to the bun. Whether it be higher fruit content, additions like hazelnuts or extra secret spices – each bun is unique.
