New jokes, new wines, same idiot. A brand-new show from Australia’s favourite comedian slash wine expert.

Merrick toured his smash-hit show An Idiot’s Guide to Wine: Volume One around Australia and overseas in 2022/3 to sold-out houses and critical acclaim at festivals, wineries and comedy clubs alike.

He’s back in 2024 with a brand-new show, showcasing different grape varietals from awesome winemakers with new jokes, stories and food pairings to match.

Each audience member tastes six wines during the show and may accidentally learn something along the way.

This is the perfect way to start your evening at the comedy festival or get in early have some wines and get to bed early, your choice!
