Sunday 15 June Off Season amazing graze, blaze and mulled haze at Rathmore
"We all love to star gaze but mixed with a graze, a blaze and a mulled haze...a starry night at RATHMORE had a fun group amazed!"
This was Tim's comment after joining us for our Off Season Odd Jobs Star Gazing dinner in 2024.
To tempt you out of hibernation, in 2025 Tim, replete with love 'mild admonitions and episodic astonishment', will share delight, his shame and dumbfoundedness at his enchanted island home, over a Rathmore lamb fire feast lunch, with luscious Invercarron wines and local beverages.
Renowned architect, published poet and from a sailing family who arrived in Hobart in 1826, Tim now resides on Tasmania's Central Highlands farm. His perspectives with heart and humour and brilliant wordsmithing will expose the fissures and folds of this magical exotic Island.
