Join Palawa Kipli's Kitana Mansell for an unforgettable cultural and culinary experience at Piyura Kitina/Risdon Cove. This powerful gathering is more than just a meal. It's a journey into the heart of Palawa (Tasmanian Aboriginal) culture, where every bite tells a story of Country, tradition, and renewal.

As you taste the flavours of Country, you'll also learn what it means to give back, understanding that taking from the land comes with a responsibility to heal it.

Through shared stories along a guided walk, you'll deepen your connection to the ecosystem and gain insights into sustainable living, Palawa ways, and the cultural practices that have cared for this land for thousands of generations. Then gather around a cultural table setting for a refined six-course dining experience, celebrating Palawa ingredients and traditions. Expect dishes featuring oysters, abalone, wallaby, mutton bird, seasonal accompaniments, and a bush tucker dessert, thoughtfully paired with drinks and warm hospitality.

Walk gently, eat mindfully, and give back to Country.

Please wear enclosed shoes appropriate for bush walking, and bring a drink bottle, hat, and a rain jacket in case of light showers. Please note the meal will be served after the walking tour.
