Join Craig and Cath for six days of pure bliss on a yoga and walking retreat in the stunning surrounds of Bruny Island, Tasmania.

Arrive Friday afternoon for a restorative yoga practice and dinner. You'll then have four full days of yoga and exploration, concluding on Wednesday morning with a final practice and breakfast before heading back to Hobart.

What a day looks like in Adventure Bay:

Morning Yoga: A short 2-minute journey along the stunning Adventure Bay beach brings you to the historic, 100-year-old Adventure Bay Community Hall for a morning practice led by Craig.

Breakfast & Lunch Prep: After practice, we will enjoy a buffet breakfast together and pack lunches for the day's adventures.

Afternoon Walks: Heading out in a private minibus to explore tracks like Queen Elizabeth Bay or the Cape Bruny Lighthouse walk at Cloudy Bay.

You'll walk, talk, immerse yourself in nature, enjoy lunch, and perhaps spot the endangered forty-spotted pardalote. These walks are suited to everyone, though a moderate level of fitness will help you get the most out of them.

Rest & Recharge: Head back to camp for some well-deserved free time to rest and explore.

Late Afternoon Restorative Yoga: Craig will guide us through a calming, restorative afternoon yoga practice.

Dinner: Enjoy a delicious meal lovingly prepared and served in the community hall each evening.
