Built in 1830, the estate's sandstone walls—which once housed laborers in a hidden underground cellar—now host immersive theatrical dinners "The Sapphire Secret" where guests navigate a world of scandal and suspense. This unique experience combines the villa's storied past and resident ghost legends with a dramatic three-course menu at Buscombe's Restaurant, offering locals and travelers a sophisticated paddock-to-plate journey into the intrigue of the 1860s.
