Do you love cake? Do you love fun? Do you love Guide Dogs? Then friend… we’ve got an afternoon for you.
Inspired by one of our incredible Volunteer Puppy Raisers, Varcha, we have teamed up with Lumina Studio and Honey Child’s Creole to bring you a dog-themed Cake-a-Palooza in support of Guide Dogs Tasmania.

Join us for a fun-filled day of delicious cake, community connection and four-legged friends as we raise vital funds to support the training of future Guide Dogs. Throughout the event, you’ll also have the opportunity to learn more about the life-changing work of our Volunteer Puppy Raisers and the important role they play in preparing Guide Dogs for their future partners.

Whether you’re a dog lover, a cake enthusiast, or simply looking to support a great cause, we’d love to see you there!

Here’s how it works:
Bring a cake decorated in a dog theme — homemade or store-bought, (we don’t judge, we just eat).
One by one, the cakes will appear. Observe. Appreciate. Strategise your slice.
Plan your first slice wisely — everyone chooses just one to begin.
First, we enjoy one glorious slice with tea, coffee, chats and laughter.
Meet our Puppy Raisers and the current Puppies in Training.
Buy a Raffle Ticket, tickets will be available on the day for an array of incredible prizes valued up to $200.
Then… it’s time to fill your take-home cake box (yes, we provide it!) with whatever treats catch your eye.
No judging, no pressure — just good vibes and great cake.

Cake-a-Palooza is here. Come hungry, leave happy. Meet some Guide Dog puppies in training.
