Zia McCabe (she of The Dandy Warhols fame) believes our human nature is being eroded by the onslaught of information we're subjected to. So, inspired by Be Here Now, the 1970s manual for conscious being, she's created an interactive escape from modern life.

At Mona, she'll present this surrealish lounge: a space furnished with sound, vibration and movement intended to soften the nervous system and quiet the mind.

Designed to shift our focus away from doing everything all at once, See Hear Now is all about feeling our way back to the present moment.
